RULES OF RAQBALL
Two teams of six players each (three in play and three replacements, each player with a RAQQET), play against each other to win the match. Their aim: to hit the opponent’s TARGGET with the BALL. The players achieve this by passing the ball between team-mates and by moving individually, with the aim of scoring with a TARG (shot at the target).
The TARGGETS are round boards 110 cm in diameter, positioned at height, and with a hollow centre 40 cm in diameter. The court is 20 m long and 10 m wide.
- A TARG that hits the TARGGET scores 1 point.
- A TARG shot from the opponent’s zone that goes through the hole of the TARGGET scores 2 points.
- A TARG shot from their own zone that goes through the hole of the TARGGET scores 3 points.
The official duration of a match is 20 minutes, played in 4 periods of 5 minutes each. In an informal setting, the time of play may be set freely.
